⏱️ How long does it take to get my headshots gallery?
Customers typically receive their headshots via email within an hour, but it can take up to 8 hours if we’re experiencing a high volume of traffic.
🤔 What if I'm not happy with my results?
Remember, the purpose of the exercise is to get just a few photos you love. That’s typically what you get with a professional photographer as well. There will be some photos that are absolutely awful (extra limbs, teeth, odd eyes, etc.). These are called “A.I. Bloopers”. They’re impossible to avoid. There will be other photos that are just slightly off (i.e. you don’t like your nose or your forehead, but in general it’s a decent photo of you). Then there are those photos that are simply perfect. Even if you find just that ONE, it’s worth the money because you didn’t have to get up, get dressed, leave your house, and pose for photos. Win! But if you truly feel you didn’t get a single useable photo, please contact customer support and we’ll see what we can do to help create a better outcome for you.
📷 What happens to my uploaded images after I've made my headshot selections?
All uploaded images and generated headshots are automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after your purchase, which means your gallery will only be live for 30 days. Once deleted, these images cannot be retrieved.
